Backorders
Due to extensive inventory levels and number of warehouses around the country, we rarely experience a backorder situation. Should you place an order for an item currently out of stock, you will be notified immediately either via telephone or e-mail of the situation and presented with further options for your review.
Guarantees & Return Policy
All of our products carry a 100% Satisfaction Guarantee in addition to all Manufacturers Warranties. Should any item you've purchased not completely satisfy you, you may return the item for a complete refund within 15 days of purchase. Should you receive a damaged or inoperable item, we will promptly send out a replacement while we arrange to have the item returned to us.
Please contact Customer Service for a Return Authorization Code and further shipping instructions. Please note that for undamaged items, shipping costs are non-refundable and you are responsible for all shipping costs incurred, including the costs to return the items to us.
