Hard Hat Mounted Ear Muff Lightweight ear cups attach to a variety of hard hats (sold separately) without additional adapters. Multi-position ear cups are beveled to fit comfortably under the hard hat. Ear cups flip up and lock when not in use. Contoured ear cushion for improved fit and comfort. Soft sealing cushions and molded foam ear cup inserts are easily replaceable. NRR 23dB. Recent studies suggest that the NRR may overestimate noise reduction under actual use conditions. Therefore, 3M recommends reducing the NRR by 50%—under actual use conditions.
